Return Policy

If you wish to return an item:

We can only accept unopened products in original packaging the you have had for less than 30 days.

Please follow these steps below:

1) Please contact us with your original order number.

2) Once approved for return, place item(s) in the original packaging and tape shut.

3) Choose your preferred carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) and ship with a tracking number. (Orders without a tracking number will not be processed for a refund)

4) Please provide tracking number via our contact form.

When the product arrives in sealed, new condition, the amount of your order minus and applicable shipping/handling costs will be credited back to your card.

*Please note- You are responsible for return shipping costs. It is recommended you insure your return shipment. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.

If you received wrong or damaged items:

If your order was lost of damaged in shipment, or if you have received the wrong item(s). We will replace them at our expense. Please contact us immediately for return instructions.
